Series finale.
Not bad end to the Netflix series with the battle against the robots.
Cute that Penny named her robot Sally.
In a moving story of redemption, Smith turns herself in and we last see her in her cell with a visiting Maureen telling her to find them the Robinsons when she served out her sentence.
It is hard to imagine Smith's 1960s (male) predecessor would have the done same thing in surrendering himself.
In fact I can't find any information how Irwin Allen would have ended his series.
It is probably that Allen didn't have an ending in mind when his show got cancelled.
The Netflix series ends with Will and Robot going off on their own and finding themselves on a planet which Will described as beautiful.
What happens next is anyone's guess.
