As self-evident from the title water is the key plot point for this episode just like the upcoming Doctor Who: Waters of Mars.
Although I heard it before somewhere else it was still funny when Eli says that everyone's lying in which Rush responds by saying grown-ups do that sometime.
Overall quite a good episode.
