Released in 2024, Sleeping Dogs stars Russell Crowe and the reason why I watched my wife Karen Gillan.
Crowe plays a retired homicide detective, whilst undergoing treatment for Alzheimer's Disease, is forced re-open an old case into the murder of a college professor.
My wife Karen plays Laura Baines who becomes a subject in said investigation.
Overall not bad in how this case unfolded and the revelation of who killed the professor.
I however am not satisfied with the relevance of Laura in the overall scheme of things including the case's denouement.
